REGISTRATION PRICING SCHEDULE

  • $30 - April 1, 2023, NO FOOLIN’ ONE DAY SPECIAL!
  • $35 – April 2, 2023 to April 30, 2023
  • $40 - May 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023
  • $45 - June 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023
  • $50 - August 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023
  • $55 – September 1, 2023 to September 9, 2023
  • $60 – September 10, 2023 to September 15, 2023

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSING: Online registration closes for this event on Friday, September 15 at 5 PM local time, if you register at the time of online closing, you will need to immediately go to packet pickup because there is no race day pick up at the race on Saturday morning. The last day of packet pick up is Friday, September 15, from 1 PM - 6 PM at Rahr & Sons Brewery, 701 Galveston Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104.

Packet Pick Up

We look forward to seeing you at packet pick up before event day! Please note THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICK UP! Everyone must pick up their race packets in advance of race day.

Packet Pick Up Schedule

The full 2023 packet pick up schedule will be announced soon with additional dates and times.

  • Friday, September 15, 1 PM - 6 PM at Rahr & Sons Brewery, 701 Galveston Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104 (during the social run event and for one hour after)

A friend or family member may also pick up your race packet for you, all they need is a copy of your registration email confirmation. In addition, we are offering a packet mailing option for $15 which you may purchase during the online registration process. If you are already registered, you can add this option by managing your registration. To manage your registration and add-on the packet mailing follow these steps:

  • Login at runsignup.com
  • In the upper right hand corner select Profile from the drop down menu
  • Under Upcoming Events find your Rahr Oktoberfest 5K registration and select Manage Registration
  • From the navigation select Add-Ons and follow the prompts to completion

Packet Mailing

The deadline to purchase the race packet mailing date is Saturday, September 1, 2023. No exceptions. Why is this? Because due to possible delays in shipping, this allows for any delays that could happen with the carrier! We want to make sure we’re able to help you get your bib and race shirt in case something unexpected does happen. Crossing our fingers it all goes perfectly of course!

Online Registration Closing
